Refund & Cancellation PolicyAt Beyond The Acorn, we know life can be unpredictable — especially when you're building something meaningful. But we also believe in mutual respect, clear boundaries, and fair energy exchange.1:1 Sessions (e.g. Power Hours, Coffee Chats)All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This secures your spot and ensures we can both show up fully.Cancellations & Rescheduling:If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. (That time was held just for you.)No-shows are also non-refundable.Running Late?If you're running behind, let me know. I’ll do my best to still give you a meaningful session in the time we have left.

 

Downloads

Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical fault that prevents access or completion. If they don't meet your expectations, please reach out to me at the email address below. 

If something isn't working as it should, please contact me at trish@beyondtheacorn.co.uk and I’ll look into it straight away.

Courses and Workshops

These will be paid for upfront, but are subject to our Money Back Guarantee. Should a course or workshop not live up to your expectations, please let me know as early as possible, and before 14 days into the course. Then you will be eligible for our 100% money back guarantee. Once you have had access to the course, community and materials for more than 14 days, this will no longer be the case. 

Your statutory rights are unaffected. This document is written following UK law.
